 | Your Right To Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time before the expiry of 14 working days from the day after the date of delivery. On cancellation of your order you have the duty to arrange the safe return of the goods at your own expense.
Returning Goods
Before returning goods, we require you to send a notice of cancellation either in writing or by email. (please refer to the Contact Page on website - www.childsplaysussex.co.uk)
If you are canceling your order within the 14 working days, but cannot arrange for delivery of the goods, we will charge you for the cost of recovery.
All goods should be returned unused in their original packaging, to the following address:
As soon as the goods have been returned to base, (in their original condition and packaging) we will send you a refund for the full amount.
Product Guarantee
All goods purchased from childsplaysussex.co.uk are covered by a 6 months manufacturing guarantee. (Please retain the original purchase receipt).
Accidental damage, fair wear and tear and damage caused by misuse is not covered by this guarantee and therefore a charge will be made.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
Product Specifications
We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice. All weights and sizes are given as a guide only and are approximate. Representations of colour are approximate due to the limitations of photographic and calibrations of different imaging devices. All goods are subject to availability.
If sold out, free offers may be substituted with an item of the same value. Accessories supplied to co-ordinate with the main product may differ in shade; this is normally caused by the manufacturing process and is not a fault.

Any complaint will be dealt with fairly, effectively and confidentially. These complaints will be dealt within seven working days.
