Your Right To Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time before the expiry of 14 working days from the day after the date of delivery. On cancellation of your order you have the duty to arrange the safe return of the goods at your own expense.

We can arrange for orders sent to Mainland England, Wales and Scotland Zone A to be be collected and returned to us for £11.99. For all other areas, please contact us for a quote.

Returning Goods

Before returning goods, we require you to send a notice of cancellation either in writing or by email. (please refer to the Contact Page on the website - www.childsplaysussex.co.uk)

If you are canceling your order within the 14 working days, but cannot arrange for delivery of the goods, we will charge you for the cost of recovery.

All goods should be returned unused in their original packaging, to the following address:

As soon as the goods have been returned to base, (in their original condition and packaging) we will send you a refund for the full amount.

Product Guarantee

All goods purchased from childsplaysussex.co.uk are covered by a 6 months manufacturing guarantee - unless otherwise stated on the manufacturers guarantee. (Please retain the original purchase receipt).

Accidental damage, fair wear and tear and damage caused by misuse is not covered by this guarantee and therefore a charge will be made.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Product Specifications

We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice. All weights and sizes are given as a guide only and are approximate. Representations of colour are approximate due to the limitations of photographic and calibrations of different imaging devices. All goods are subject to availability.

If sold out, free offers may be substituted with an item of the same value. Accessories supplied to co-ordinate with the main product may differ in shade; this is normally caused by the manufacturing process and is not a fault.

If You Have a Complaint

If you have a complaint, please contact us immediately by e-mail at sales@childsplaysussex.co.uk  or by phone ( 01424 220040 ). All complaints will be acknowledged within one working day. Any complaint will be dealt with fairly, effectively and confidentially. These complaints will be dealt within seven working days. These terms and conditions do not affect your consumer's statutory rights.

WEEE Regulations

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge. (It Is the customers responsibility to arrange for item to be sent to Retailer)
