In the event that an order fails to go through, please contact us (telephone or email) so that we can process the order manually.
There are many reasons why an order might fail, the most common is to do with the information not corresponding exactly with the information held by your bank. In any event we are more than happy to assist with any problems that arise.

At the checkout stage of the order, you will be given the option to pay for your order by either Credit/Debit Card or by Personal Cheque.
Paying By Credit/Debit Card (Sagepay)

Before entering your card payment details, a pop up lightbox payment window will open directly from sagepay (Sagepay Direct) enabling you to enter you card information without leaving our website. Any payment data you give us is encrypted using a 'Secure Socket Layer' (SSL) session. SSL is an industry standard and is one of the best ways to ensure Internet messages are not intercepted.
Paying By Paypal

You can either pay by Paypal Express by clicking on "Add to Cart" in any product screen followed by "Check out with Paypal" which will direct you to the Paypal login screen (on www.paypal.com). All product and shipping information will be sent over to Paypal ready for you to pay. Alternatively you can create a cutomer account with us and then pay by Paypal once you have selected your preferred shipping method.
Paying By Amazon Checkout

If you are an Amazon customer, then why not pay using the Amazon Payments option. Before paying you will be asked to login into your Amazon account (via Amazons Secure Encrypted Pages) and thats all there is to it. No need to enter any credit or debit card information as you can use the saved payment information in Amazon.
Paying By Cheque or Postal Order
1. If you are paying by Personal Cheque or Postal Order(s), please make it payable to Childs Play Sussex Limited and send to the following address:

Allow 7 working days for your cheque to clear before the order is dispatched (you will be notified by email).
2. Once you have placed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you complete with a Transaction / Order reference number. You should refer to this in any future correspondence. -
