Paying For Your Order

At the checkout stage of the order, you will be given the option to pay for your order by either Credit/Debit Card or by Personal Cheque.

Paying By Credit/Debit Card (Sagepay)

Accepted Cards

Before entering your Card Payment Details, we will redirect you to Sagepay.com who will complete the transaction through a Secure Server. Any payment data you give us is encrypted using a 'Secure Socket Layer' (SSL) session. SSL is an industry standard and is one of the best ways to ensure Internet messages are not intercepted.

Paying By Paypal

Once you have completed the checkout form (checkout screen) you will be referred to Paypal to complete the tranaction. You will be required to login (existing Paypal customers) or register a new account (new users) on the Paypal website.

Paying By Cheque or Postal Order

1. If you are paying by Personal Cheque or Postal Order(s), please make it payable to Childs Play Sussex Limited and send to the following address:

Allow 7 working days for your cheque to clear before the order is dispatched (you will be notified by email).

2. Once you have placed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you complete with a Transaction / Order reference number. You should refer to this in any future correspondence.

Failed Orders/Transactions

In the event that an order fails to go through, please contact us (telephone or email) so that we can process the order manually.

There are many reasons why an order might fail, the most common is to do with the information not corresponding exactly with the information held by your bank. In any event we are more than happy to assist with any problems that arise.

Returning a Full or Part Order

You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time before the expiry of 14 working days from the day after the date of delivery. On cancellation of your order you have the duty to arrange the safe return of the goods at your own expense.

Before returning goods, we require you to send a notice of cancellation either in writing or by email. (please refer to the Contact Page on website - www.childsplaysussex.co.uk)

If you are canceling your order within the 14 working days, but cannot arrange for delivery of the goods, we will charge you for the cost of recovery.

We can arrange for orders sent to Mainland England, Wales and Scotland Zone A to be be collected and returned to us for £12.50 (via Interlink Couriers). For all other areas, please contact us for a quote.

All goods should be returned unused in their original packaging, to the following address:

As soon as the item(s) have been returned to base, (in their original condition and packaging) we will send you a full refund*.

We cannot refund outgoing postage costs (£4.95) on a part returned order.

*We can only refund outgoing postage costs (£4.95) for items sent to Mainland England, Wales and Scotland Zone A (as indicated on your order receipt).
