Delivery is FREE on all UK mainland* orders over £75 and charged at £4.95 for UK mainland orders under £75. UK mainland includes Mainland England, Wales and Scotland Zone A. These are dispatched via UK Mail (Business Post) Couriers on a next working day delivery service (excluding public holidays), this is subject to stock availablilty. Please note that although this is a next working day service occasionally consignments can take 2 working days to arrive.

We aim to dispatch stocked items from our warehouse within 1 working day and for your delivery to reach you within 3 working days from the day you place your order. In the event that the item may take longer to dispatch, we will notify you by email.

Please inspect your product for damage prior to signing and if unable to do this please sign for as 'UNCHECKED'.

Items signed for as damaged MUST be reported to our office by telephone within 24 hours of receipt, we will then be able to arrange for a replacement.

We will not be able to claim for damaged items after this time so please inspect your purchase prior to signing or if unable to do this please sign as unchecked.

The majority of orders (Mainland England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Scotland Zone A, Scotland Zone B, Isle of Wight and Isles of Scilly) are sent via UK Mail or Interlink Couriers on a next working day service (delivery up to 17:00 hrs). Please note that although this is a next working day service occasionally consignments can take 2 working days to arrive. In all other cases we use Royal Mail Special Delivery and Parcel Force Standard Mail.

All Orders placed before 2.00pm should be dispatched the same day, this is subject to stock availability.

The Standard delivery charge of £4.95 (Free over £75.00) only applies to Mainland England, Wales and Scotland Zone A. Other areas including the Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scotland Zone B and the Scottish Isles will be charged postage according to the weight of the consignment.

UK Mail and Interlink consignments do require that someone is available to sign for the delivery. If you have any special instructions such as a request to leave your order with a neighbour, then please enter this in the Additional Info box on the checkout page.

As soon as your order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your your consignment tracking number. (e.g 30543090000001) You can use the consignment number to track the progress of your order.

Orders sent to Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and the Scottish Isles will be charged postage according to the weight of the consignment.

If your order is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Working Day Service (this excludes weekend and bank holiday deliveries) you will receive an email with a consignment tracking number (e.g ZV123456789GB) You can use the consignment number to check the progress of your order.

All Orders placed before 12.00pm should be dispatched the same day, this is subject to stock availability.

Items sent via Parcel Force Standard Mail.are sent out on a 3 - 5 working day service and do not have a tracking number, you will however receive an email notifying you that the order has been dispatched.

In the event that an item posted via the Royal Mail Special Delivery becomes lost (not received the following working day), mislaid or stolen, please notify us immediately so that we can contact Royal Mail.

Items lost, mislaid or stolen via Parcel Force Standard Delivery Service, require us to wait 15 working days before issuing a replacement. (This is governed by the Royal Mail guide lines for lost & stolen parcels)

The postal rate for Scotland has been split into 3 zones, (Zones A, B and the Scottish Isles). Your postal region must be selected from the drop down menu on the checkout page.

Scotland Zone A - Orders are sent via UK Mail (Business Post) on a next day delivery service and are eligable for free delivery on orders over £75.00 else a standard delivery charge of £4.95 will be applied regardless of the weight of the order. Please note that although this is a next working day service occasionally consignments can take 2 working days to arrive.

Scotland Zone B - Orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard / Special Delivery on a next working day service and are not eligable for free delivery but instead postage is calculated according to the weight of the consignment..

Scottish Isles - Orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard Delivery on a five working day service and are not eligable for free delivery. Postage is calculated according to the weight of the consignment..

Interlink Couriers, UK Mail Couriers and Royal Mail Special Delivery are a next working day service (subject to stock availability). Please note that although this is a next working day service occasionally consignments can take 2 working days to arrive. You will receive a confirmation email with a courier reference number shortly before your order is ready to be dispatched. Royal Mail and Parcel Force "Standard Tracked Delivery" allow you to monitor the progress of you order.
