Click Clever Click Safe
Children to be taught about the on-line dangers concerning the Internet.
The government have launched plans to teach children over 5 about the potential dangers they may face when using the Internet. The strategy named "Click Clever Click Safe" will produce guidelines for government, industry and charities on how to protect children using the web.
Children are taught about the dangers of roads and traffic in the Green Cross Code but with the recent breakthrough in technology and availability of the internet to children it is hoped that the "zip it, block it, flag it' code will become as familiar to this generation as "stop, look, listen' did to the last.
Internet companies, charities and the government will be checked to ensure they meet standards set by UKCCIS, and parents will be able to seek advice from the Child Exploitation and Online Protection centre.
Brown said the aim was to make advice as well-known as the "green cross code" which was designed in the 1970s to give children information about road safety
Professor Tanya Bryon, whose report last year formed the basis for the plans, said failing to tell children about online risks made them more vulnerable.
"This is the first time in the world any country has a national strategy for child internet safety," she told Sky News.

Tencel Waterproof Fitted Cot Sheet
We are looking forward to stocking the new Snug Nights Tencel waterproof fitted cot and cot bed sheets. The Tencel range of sheets are a waterproof fitted sheet that is new to the UK market. It can be used in place of a traditional fitted sheet and mattress protector, offering greater comfort and practicality. They will be available in standard cot and cot bed sizes in white or cream.
