When Will My Order Arrive?
Interlink Couriers are a next working day service. If you check Interlink's website on the day of the order they will show and expected 1 hour delivery time.
Consignments sent via Interlink couriers are charged at a standard rate of £4.95 regardless of the product weight. All items sent via Royal Mail are calculated according to the individual product weight. You can choose from a choice of delivery options: 1st Class (Recorded), 2nd Class (Recorded), Standard Parcel and Special Delivery. Please note that Special Delivery will only be delivered between Monday - Friday and not Saturday.
Do you Offer Free Delivery On Orders?
Delivery is FREE on all UK mainland orders over £60.00 and charged at £4.95 for UK mainland orders under £75. UK mainland includes Mainland England, Wales and Parts of Scotland. These are dispatched via Interlink Couriers on a next working day delivery service (excluding public holidays), this is subject to stock availablilty. Please note that although this is a next working day service occasionally consignments can take 2 working days to arrive.
Addresses in Jersey, The Isles of Scilly, The Isle of Wight and The Highlands have the option of choosing from 1st Class (Recorded), 2nd Class (Recorded), Special Delivery and Standard Parcel.
We aim to dispatch stocked items from our warehouse within 1 working day and for your delivery to reach you within 3 working days from the day you place your order. In the event that the item may take longer to dispatch, we will notify you by email.
What if My Item Arrives Damaged?

Please inspect your product for damage prior to signing and if unable to do this please sign for as 'UNCHECKED'.
Items signed for as damaged MUST be reported to our office by telephone within 24 hours of receipt, we will then be able to arrange for a replacement.
We will not be able to claim for damaged items after this time so please inspect your purchase prior to signing or if unable to do this please sign as unchecked.
