When Will My Order Arrive?

EU Countries will be notified when to expect delivery when the order is dispatched. Times vary between countries.

Which Carrier Do You Use?

All orders to countries in the EU will be sent via DPD International (Road). You will be sent a consignment tracking number and required to sign for the item when it arrives.

Are There Any Size Restrictions?

There are some items that we cannot ship to the EU due to size restrictions. These include: Pushchairs / Buggies, Mattresses, Junior Beds, Cribs and Nursery Furniture. If you have any questions then please do not hesitate to contact us using the online contact form.

Do you Ship By Any Other Method?

Smaller items can be sent via Royal Mail International Mail (Signed For). This method is a cheaper option but there are limits on the weight and size of the order. Please contact us before ordering..

We do insist that additional charge for a signature is included in the price to ensure that we can track and trace all consignments.
